Companion Volunteer candidate. Total of three placements.
Guidelines for service: must be 55, pass a background
check, physical, and meet income guidelines under $21,000
single household and $27,000 double household including
medical deductions. A Senior Companion must commit between
20 – 40 hours per week. Stipend service offers
$2.65/hour and .35 per mile.

Veterans Focus Group:
Next
meeting October 11, 2011. Veterans
assisting Veterans are requesting additional volunteers to
assistance with visitation to Brightwood Center veterans.
Visitation day is currently set for Thursday evenings. A
special thank you from RSVP and VISTA for helping with the
9/11 Service Project for RSVP ASAP.
