to AARP Safe Driving volunteers: Lee Beckner, Jack Cassella,
Ralph Cox, Philip Dolan, Dickey Laughlin, Sally Marple,
Denise May, John Richmond and Mel Vorhees for your
commitment to serve your community by instructing 138 mature
citizens of who 40 were veterans. Of these 138 citizens 107
completed a survey indicating 35 had taken the class for
personal development & insurance discount averaging from $20
- $120 or 3% to 20% savings monthly and 86 indicated they
had no accident since taking this course. Special thanks
also to Christ United Methodist Church, Baymont Inn, WV
Northern Community College, Miracle Valley Library and Upper
Ohio Valley Family Services for your assistance in supplying
the instructional site.
